Join Me

It's hard to be healthy. Trust me, I've started to eat healthy and work out dozens of times, but I continuously lose motivation. I feed myself excuses to feel better: "It's so much easier to eat out, it requires less effort, and it's cheaper." All lies. I've started to realize that it doesn't take a lot of money and time to eat healthy. All it takes is motivation and perseverance. Yes, the big one. I can't stress how important it is to stick with a plan once you have started. Trust me, it's sooo worth it in the end. So join me. I'm not a nutritionist who gets paid for this or a fitness guru who knows everything, but a friend who will go through everything with you. I will be doing all the research, so all you need to do is join me...will you? 

(FYI, I haven't found a plan that I'm going to share with you. I'm making it up as I go along and making changes on the fly. I hope everyone can find at least some part of this helpful.)
